Verdix is a green logistics platform built for modern last-mile delivery networks, combining AI-powered route optimization, EV fleet analytics, and real-time carbon offset tracking.
The challenge was to communicate several sophisticated capabilities — fleet management, AI optimization, EV analytics, driver operations, and sustainability reporting — without making the landing page feel like another complicated enterprise software product.
The goal was to create a modern SaaS experience that makes Verdix's value immediately clear, demonstrates the product in action, and moves potential customers from curiosity to trial.
Scope of Work

Understanding the Problem
Fleet management software can quickly become difficult to communicate.
Verdix combines several operational systems into one platform: route optimization, EV performance, charging management, driver communication, delivery tracking, and carbon reporting.
That creates a communication challenge.
A visitor needs to understand not only what Verdix does, but why these capabilities matter to their fleet.
The landing page therefore needed to answer three questions quickly:
Can Verdix make my fleet more efficient?
Can it simplify day-to-day operations?
Can it help me measure and reduce my environmental impact?
Instead of presenting the product as a collection of disconnected features, the experience needed to communicate one cohesive operational system.


Design Approach
I built the landing page around three principles:
01 — Lead With the Business Outcome
The experience starts with the promise of a more efficient fleet rather than leading with technical specifications.
The core message is simple:
Eco-Friendly Fleet Management. Scaled.
This immediately establishes both the category and the broader value proposition.
02 — Show the Product, Don't Just Explain It
Because Verdix is a software product, static marketing copy alone would not communicate enough value.
Product interfaces, live fleet signals, driver views, operational metrics, and activity states are used throughout the page to demonstrate how the platform works.
03 — Connect Efficiency With Sustainability
Verdix isn't positioned simply as fleet management software.
The experience connects operational efficiency with sustainability by bringing together:
Routes → Vehicles → Drivers → Energy → Emissions
This creates a stronger narrative around modern fleet operations.
Key Design Decisions
A Product-Focused Hero
The hero section immediately establishes Verdix as a green logistics platform and communicates its three core capabilities:

EV Fleet Analytics
Carbon Offset Tracking
Rather than relying entirely on abstract graphics, the hero introduces a live fleet tracker containing operational signals such as:

Average battery level
CO₂ saved
This gives visitors an immediate sense that Verdix is a real operational system rather than a conceptual sustainability product.


Turning Features Into Operational Benefits
The feature section was structured around the actual problems fleet operators face.

Rather than simply saying the platform uses AI, the experience explains the operational value:
Routes can be dynamically adjusted around traffic, weather, charging windows, and delivery requirements.
EV Fleet Analytics
Battery health, charging schedules, and depot loads are brought into one operational view.
Carbon Offset Tracking
Emissions data is transformed into a measurable sustainability workflow through automated tracking and shareable reporting.
This approach shifts the conversation from features to outcomes.
Showing How Verdix Works
A complex SaaS product becomes easier to understand when its workflow is visualized.
The "How It Works" section reduces the platform into three clear stages:

Vehicles, drivers, and depots are connected through a simplified onboarding experience.
02 — Optimize in Real Time
Routes adapt automatically according to traffic, charging levels, and delivery windows.
03 — Monitor & Offset
Fleet emissions can be monitored and converted into sustainability reporting.
This gives prospective customers a mental model of the product before asking them to explore deeper.

Bringing the Driver Into the Experience
Fleet management isn't only an administrative problem.
Drivers interact with the system every day.
To communicate this, the landing page introduces the Verdix Driver App as another part of the product ecosystem.
The driver experience brings together:

This helps demonstrate that Verdix connects the entire fleet operation rather than simply providing an analytics dashboard.

Instead of presenting static statistics, the interface uses live operational signals to demonstrate what the platform is doing.

Visitors first understand the product's positioning.
They then discover the major operational capabilities.
The "How It Works" section gives them a simple mental model.
The Driver App demonstrates how the product extends into daily operations.
Finally, real-time activity and performance metrics reinforce the value of the platform before the visitor reaches the conversion point.
This prevents the page from feeling like a traditional SaaS feature list.

The landing page gives Verdix a clearer digital experience for communicating a complex logistics platform.
